I had a brand new $350.00 wig that needed the bangs trimmed the owner of the salon butchered my wig. It looks like a 2 year old got hold of some scissors. He refused to pay for the wig and was very rude and hostile. He said, very rudely “if you think I’m giving you that kind of money for a $12.00 cut you can think again” I asked him why he didn’t tell me he had no experience trimming bangs on wigs and he just looked at me. He didn’t even offer to refund my money. Worse than terrible!
