Gary does a great job walking you through your potential home pointing out not only areas of concern but also positive notes. He also is very knowledgeable and shares ways you can improve the house or things that can be done to improve the longevity of different components. We would definitely recommend him.

Extremely satisfied with Gary's home inspection. This is the second home we've purchased and our first home I found we were left in the dark during the inspection and just given a "list" at the end of the inspection.
