I don't understand your complaint here? I am proud of my business that I began 10 years+ ago and have grown to a 30+ employee company. I do not handle interviews but it appears you were not offered the position? If that is the case I'm sorry for that and thank you for taking the time to apply. Than said to call a successful company an "amusement park" is uneducated and insulting especially to me personally as myself (like many small business owners) have sacrificed time, family, money to take the risk of starting a company. I have been fortunate to have been successful with this company which can be contributed to all my employees, but to make such negative comments about a company you know nothing about speaks to the person and for that matter the employee you may have been. I hope you are successful on your job search and find the right fit, (and maybe some non ripped chairs)
