Within the last month, I have parked at an Impark Lot and no paper receipt was given in spite of requesting one. In all cases the machines were out of paper. The number on the metre went to a subcontractor who then told me to wait while they checked whether the payment came through.It had notThey said try again. I did. No receipt came out and they said the payment did not come through.They said try again.I refused. My credit card was charged for two one hour spots, purchased 2 min apart.
