Kasha is an expert at fine, thin hair! I’ve gone to very expensive places who don’t cut hair half as well! Kacy’s have the nicest staff, very friendly and a welcoming atmosphere! (No pretentious attitude, just great service!) I’ve been coming for years and always leave with a great cut for a great price! And best of all the cut looks great as it grows in!!! ???

Went in for a perm. Hair fell out. And it only cost $70!!

Ended up with a terrible colour job. Total disaster; wrong colour, highlights not even and started 1" from scalp. Even worse the customer service by Eva was the worst! Went to pick up the agreed refund and she who knew nothing about what happened was refusing to refund. Rude and made every excuse not to refund; we don't do that, debit machine does not do refunds Etc. Have to say though there were two nice ladies there who actually cared about customer service and helped in a bad situation.
