Tamara Gronlund loves her job as manager of Wink and Willo, a clothing, accessory and gift store on West 4th in trendy Kitsilano. Operating over two floors, Wink and Willo offers fashionable clothing lines, accessories and popular handbag brands, along with a selection of locally-made jewellery. "This is a fun little store! It's just a wonderful place," says Tamara. "Even if you just want to browse. It's a fun way to spend some time while waiting for an appointment or a bus."
Wink and Willo opened its Canadian location in April 2014 and has a sister store in Los Gatos, California. It is located in the former shop space of Briers Home and Gifts, which moved down the street after deciding to concentrate more on furniture and home décor, leaving the gift market to Wink and Willo.
