AWFUL EXPERIENCE. They simply don't know how to PROPERLY fix cars. I could go into plenty of detail about the many problems I've had these past 2 months dealing with them, but basically THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING, plain and simple. I am now forced to bring my car to another garage to properly fix the problems. Too bad I didn't see the 1-star rating before spending nearly $3,000 at "Canada's Garage."

incompetence throughout

worst automotive experience I can imagine going through. from failure to recognize issues in front end. to tow bills. taxi drives. being without my vehicle. to bringing it back countless times to re-repair their shitty work. it has so far been 11 days in and out of two of their shops in town. which was original passed as no issues has failed and is now a rebuilt of half yhem front end and requested another week in the shop. fail!! I'm pulling it out and bringing it to another shop ASA

I am the biggest fan of Canadian Tire, and at home I shop there weekly. But this branch is definitely not being run well! I was visiting the region and had two flat tires at the side of highway beside this store after running over some spilled nails. I asked the auto service if I could buy two tires, and he glared at me and said they only sell sets of four. I asked if they could repair my old tires, and he refused. He said to go about fifteen miles to the used tire shop.Very rude and unhelpful!
