    Walked into the shop, started talking to the plumber about my project. He seemed knowledgeable. Then his cell phone rings, he answers it. After waiting 10 minutes, I left.

    Can't believe they stay in business

    Call multiple times for a quote and kept getting usual response," yah I've let him know or he didn't call?" Big job, lots of money and oh well, guess they don't need it. I called their main competition and they were here, 1/2 hour after I called. WON'T call TNT again, ever.....unbelievable

    Impossible to get a quote from this company. Called 6 times, went in, no response. If this is how they treat you before you are a paying customer then I'm glad I didn't receive a quote from them.
