Andrew is a meticulous piano tuner. He has decades of experience and did an excellent job of tuning my 1900 Bell piano. Courteous and knowledgeable and *extremely* reasonable rates. I would recommend him without hesitation. I also wanted to say that he moved my piano into my home. Again, attention to detail, to make sure the floor was not damaged and that the piano arrived safe and sound.
Wanted a piano moved and tuned. Movers were several hours late to arrive & move piano, with no call to explain the delay or to give a time. The move was done with care, but the service that followed was horrible. On THREE separate occasions, not only did Andrew not show up at the scheduled time to tune the piano, he didn't bother to call to let me know he wasn't going to show up, and I had to contact him. After the third no-show, I cancelled and found another tuner.
