My experience with FLOFORM was good at the show home, the staff there were very helpful. My problems started after we got the new counter delivered. It was too big.The corner seam was 1 1/2 inches off center. We waited over a month between delivery and sending the counter back many times for modifications before it was deliverd the last time and somewhat fitted. The counter over the dishwasher sticks out almost 2 inches. I'm sure the steam can't be good for the underneath of it. It is also so tight against the stove it makes moving the stove out very difficult Don't bother to send them comments nobody will respond to them anyway. So much for Customer Satisfaction!!
