Package has been in transit for 1 week and has not arrived. Has been delayed due to (external factors) 5 times. No one has attempted to contact us to explain the delay, other then say (EXTERNAL FACTORS) when we track our package. There is no way of contacting the company by phone or email. NO SERVICE...SHAME ON YOU

Would not deliver a package to our condo because their drivers refuse to use an intercom system to let you know they are at the door. Terrible company to deal with. Argumentative and belligerent. Stay away from this company!
