It takes too long on the phone. Services throigh phone used to be more efficient. Since 2 weeks I try to reach the company to order somme propane. Waiting time is too long. I finally got someone last friday after 5 (by the Time the employee answered the phone) then she said It will cost more because It is after A week now, no propane, no call...hard to call again...alter a long wait...a person said « It is à call center A person will call you back What is happening ?
