I had a floor poured by the owner of this company. He came back a few days later to saw cut my floor and took chunks out while he was cutting it. He said he would fix it by filling the gouges with concrete and he would then polish it and re cut it. He came back to fill the repairs with concrete about 6 weeks later after having to constantly call and remind him. Another 2 or 3 months went by after calling and calling and he finally came back today to polish and recut. This was how he left it
