I have dealt with Gerry at Hanwell Auto Body on three occasions since 2011 and have found him completely reliable. His recommendations and prices and timelines have served me well with my little truck. I have no hesitation in referring him to anyone wanting quality work at a fair price.

The insurance company insisted that he install a bad quality part but Gerald went to bat for us and made sure that we got the correct part. Every time I look at my vehicle I remember how good a job he did on it because it looks so great.

DO NOT Deal with this business. You will regret it. Check out other comments from people who have dealt with this business. You will be overcharged. I will NEVER go here again.

Terrible body sho...

Terrible body shop ! Dropped a few motorcycle parts to get repainted, I was quoted 800$ for a tank and two other small pieces. I should have done more earache but decided to get him to do it. The owner said it would be done in 4 weeks, it took 6 and a half weeks. I may have been avoiding my calls or just doesn't pick up his phone. I kept on waiting after the 4 week mark as he kept saying it takes time for it to be perfect.. I finally Picked up my parts and there's a crazy amount of scrapes on the tank from sanding and actually has a chip in paint that looked like it was just filled with a few clear coats. He has a excuse for everything.. I am cutting my losses with him, mainly because I do not ever want to walk in his shop again. I'm hoping this review will help someone in the future.
