Dishonest and refuse service if you won't buy there up sale. extremely disappointing and inconvenient since I left work for an appointment only to be lied to and have my time wasted. I feel bad for those who have been duped by these scammers.

I am sorry to hear that the other people who have commented here did not have a good experience. I have been going to Midas for several years for a variety of services from mufflers to tires and brakes, etc. They have always been friendly, fair, reasonably priced, and have provided me with good advice in terms of what needs to be done vs. what could be done. I highly recommend the shop.

If I had one word...

If I had one word to describe my experience with Midas on Robie, it's dishonest. I came to Midas with a flat. The mechanic suggested my tires were an immediate safety concern and tried to convince me I needed to buy a new set from them. I had this double checked with a mechanic and my father and they said it was crazy that I needed new tires. I've been driving on them for the last three years and have had no problems. I found the staff here very dishonest and would suggest people stay away!

I do not recommend this shop to ANYONE.Yesterday they charged me $108 for absolutely nothing. I had an appointment booked and when they looked at my car, they said they can not do what I had booked the appointment for and I would have to come back. They charged me labor, parts and a shop supply fee for a total of $108. They looked at my car for 10 minutes and did not touch a thing. This is a very bad business move on their part. terrible service
