Terrible customer service heat pumps put on side by side and well one not level feeds upstairs ruined my new siding but we have been this time without heat since a week and they didn’t come but last year it’s terrible frozen constantly power bill $1700.00 I call but I have had nothing but trouble with my heat pumps finally they came back to level it but used sponge so didn’t stay level at all but I have been over a week without heat for Xmas terrible service don’t use -0 stars never recommend
