If i could give a zero, most definitely would! This dealership is a complete joke. Myself and my husband have been in multiple times to find a vehicle. First time we wanted to finance through dodge and supposedly the interest rate came back at 10.99% we have decent credit. We walked away as that is an outrageous interest rate. We got a good intrest rate through my husbands credit union 6.00% , so we decided to go back with cash. They would NOT move on the price even $1. Or give 1 free oil change

Worst example of a dealership. No communication, customer service, professionalism, respect, courtesy or proper management.
Would not recommend anyone to go there. We bought a new vehicle in April 2019.
Ive emailed head office about issues and concerns and was told that they cant do anything about it because they have no control over the private dealership.

Worked with Cyrus to purchase a new vehicle. His customer service was excellent, I recommend working with him if you plan to buy a car. Overall experience with the Dealership staff was great, everyone, especially Cyrus made the process very care-free.
The customer service at this establishment is absolutely amazing! Our service representative Mohammad was friendly, efficient, and very helpful when we purchased our SUV. It is service like this that has definitely gained my business so long as he is there to help.
