Jeff at BS & G has installed my septic system, landscaped my lot, waterproofed my basement, re-stoned my driveway, installed granite rock at my waterfront, and trenched in a 100-foot gas pipe for a new fireplace. He's a man of few words who gets the job done efficiently, reliably, and at a very reasonable price. Outstanding company.

They replaced our septic bed system and we were very please with the quality of the work and the staff were very competent. A great experience.

We Have used BSG for 20 years on multiple projects spending 100K over time, but this last project for a small beach has been a terrible experience. His own staff suggested coming back as the job was sub par. they did return and made it worse, breaking steps, unlevel armor stone. I called, emailed and texted and it took 7 months to get someone out only to be ignored now for another 2 months. Worst customer service ever!!! this is the fist negative post I have ever done, completely frustrated...

Asked for triple mix soil for garden use. What we got was filled with stones and seems to be mostly clay. Terrible compared to last year. We will dump the rest and go elsewhere Called and questioned the quality and they simply didnt seem to care. Too bad.

BEWARE - the lots they are selling in Granite Ridge Estates as 150 foot lots are NOT 150. Some of the ones sold as 150 are actually only 122 foot frontage. They lie.

Would not warranty their work, owner lied to me for 2 years about fixing an issue. Owner hung up the phone on me in the middle of a conversation. Avoid this man and this business at all costs.

Buckhorn Sand & Gravel came highly recommended by a few people and didn't disappoint. After evaluating our options, we chose them to install our new septic system. Their customer service was outstanding. They explained exactly what they were going to do, when it would be done and how much it would cost, and it all happened exactly as they said it would. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional and helpful and we are very happy with the end result.
