absolutely rude people would not recommend booking with them ever again. despite me being nice they were extremely rude to me on the phone as well as the drivers trying to increase their price so they pocket the extra cash. WOTST COMPANY EVER!!

What happen to respect for elders? The taxi beeps his horn at the elderly lady and as I watched her walk up to the car , the taxi driver sat just sat waiting and never intended to open the door for the lady. Shame on him. I went over and opened the door for her. I just hope he learned a lesson and opened it for her when she gets home.

Booked a taxi to take my husband to the hospital this morning for his first check up after a transplant, ad says they take credit card. As they were leaving the car stopped and he came out of the car, calling me that he needed cash. Driver told him his boss send him a message and said ONLY CASH for the 7am ride. He ended up taking him to the bank to take cash, didn’t even have hand sanitizer in the car, my husband’s bag was in the trunck with his walker. I phoned 905-669-0000 he hanged up on me
