My husbands car wouldn't start so he called them asking if they could work on it ( its a Volkswagen diesel). They said yes. He had to pay for a tow truck to get it there and 79$ on diagnostics just for them to say that it needs to be brought to the VW dealership. I asked why they didn't tell him this on the phone and she said that it was because there are lots of other things that they can fix on VWs. Seems like alot of time and money could have been saved if she had just given us the heads up!
