    I had an exceptional experience with Rocco for an appraisal for my clients. He went above and beyond to explain the challenges around the valuation of the property. He spent a considerable amount of time with me on the phone reviewing comparables and ensuring a fair valuation. I am incredibly impressed with his knowledge and his commitment to accuracy. He responded quickly to every one of my emails and requests. His dedication and knowledge of the market place is rare to find in an appraiser

    Absolutely the WORST! Absolutely the worst appraisal company ever. First quoted $650 plus tax then demanded $1,000 plus tax, I had no choice as financing deal was closing in a week. The appraiser have no clue whatsoever in this industry. Kept asking us, the homeowners for simple things that he should know as an expert. I am not sure where this company is hiring these appraisers, if you get assigned this company for your appraisal by your bank or financing company, please ask for another firm.

    This appraisers from Vaughn is out of mind and HORRIBLE . Unfair and unjust appraisal can affect a family's life dramatically. locals from Vaughn won't go near them. Appraised at 150k below Does not fully understand the comparison methods and just throw few numbers at online data sheet to finish lazy work. Very BAD Communication Very BAD Administration and paperwork.. BAD Customer Services NO Proper Invoices provided.. STAY AWAY from this company

    Cross-Town Appraisal was a lender's the only choice for re-financing of my house for some unknown reason. I had to pay upfront a pretty high fee, in my view, $535. The appraiser Brian took a hundred of pictures and stuck his nose in every hole in the house. But it didn't help me although I felt as it was breach of privacy. The houses taken for comparison were chosen deliberately to diminish value of my property. As a result, I lost money, time and, the most important, the opportunity to re-fi

    They are very bus...

    They are very busy and when they do have the time to take appraisal request it always shy of the property market value. I am not sure why they hire appraiser that don't know the current market value of a home. This really hurts everyday home owners that are trying to take out equity from their home and are unable to do so as result lack of knowledge these appraisers have. VERY UPSET WITH THEIR SERVICES!!!
