    Expectations surpassed!

    Durowood Flooring's service, professionalism and quality were awesome. They gave us a timeframe and met every milestone on the nose. We were definitely impressed!

    Amazing quality - excellent service!

    Nothing by great things to say about Durowood Flooring! From the moment we met the owner at our home in Ottawa for the estimate, to the time spent on the install, sanding and finishing of our hardwood floors, to the job completion our expectations were met and even surpassed! We were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and cleanliness Durowood Flooring demonstrated. We have already highly recommended Durowood Flooring to a few of our neighbours, friends and family! Many thanks Durowood Flooring - we will definitely be calling you again to reface our staircase!

    One of the best customer service experiences

    I have never felt compelled to write about a service received. My experience with Durowood Flooring changed all that. From the beginning, I was extremely impressed with their attentive and personalized customer care. I especially appreciated of their attention to detail, from the preparation to the final product. The level of pride demonstrated in their craft was reflected in the quality of their work. I want to compliment them on a job well done and would gladly and highly recommend them.
