Ive been taking my cars to Mike at Fern and Bills for 15 years now. Ive never had a bad diagnosis and service has always been top notch. In fact, I am there right now getting a second set of snow put on for the winter.

I called this guy and asked him a simple question had he done any work before on IMRC system issues. He said something like 'Oh gee I'll have to look into it' and then put the phone on permanent hold. I got the message after waiting 15 minutes he had no intention of coming back to the phone to discuss it. Not my kind of mechanic I'm afraid I wouldn't bother calling again.

I have been taking different cars to Mike for general repairs on and off over the years. I have always received a good experience and had the job done right the first time. But one thing for sure My Baby (1967 Chevy Nova Super Sport) will only go to Mike when it needs any service! He is an excellent mechanic as well as an avid old car enthusiast . Mike takes the special care and has a vast knowledge base that is extremely critical when it comes to my Classic!!!
