Supercuts

Manager was extremely rude and unprofessional because I arrived 20 minutes before closing. I understand it’s not ideal but instead of being nasty to people you should make a policy saying you need to arrive 30mins before closing.

Went in for color and highlights, store was very busy but they fit me in. The staff there was amazing and despite being so incredibly busy, my stylist still gave me fantastic customer service. It feels like a family whenever I go in to have my hair done. There was a few impatient clients in there while I was there and the girls still smiled and were friendly to each and every client. Highly reccomended

The staff here are awesome! I had my hair died here and the service was great better than the satff her before. I actualky used to come here about 5 years ago but have stopepd because i did not feel welcome and the store was just gross. Now the store looks fantastic and the staff here are wonderful. I will continue to be back and I absolutley love the highlights done by Liz. Thanks again girls.

High prices and poor service

Shop was empty. One staff in the back. After entering and standing at the counter for 2-3 minutes, lady emerged from the back. The tone was clear...I was inconveniencing her. No conversation, rushed through and dismissed. I have been a customer for 16 years. Often very poor staff attitude. Today was the worst I've seen. No surprise that the place was empty.

Do not go the place i went there at8 and the lady there didn't want to cut my hair because she said she was too busy the whole day.. what kind a service they offer not customers service there plus no a manners to talk to the customer

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR HAIR!!
