Kingston Seamless Eavestrough

Of the two other estimates we received, KSE was not only the most affordable but also showed up when scheduled. Our eavestrough, soffit and facia look great. The crew doing the work was friendly and left our yard very clean. Extremely happy with our service and would highly recommend.

Hired them, do not show up when they say they will. Windows are never ready when they say they will. Owner will not give you the time of day. Trying to book these guys or get them to communicate is infuriating.

I had a very bad experience with this company. They installed very badly (not even cutting out the holes properly where the eavestrough meets the downspout). I called and the owner said he would come out right away and after calling multiple times he has never visited and the defective eavestroughs are hanging off the back of the house. Avoid this company and their awful service and workmanship.

Out of the 3 suppliers that I had requested a quote (Nov 2016), they had the most detailed, clear & prompt quote. The price was fair and they were not highest. The project leader Dakota and his teammate Mike(?) were professional, courteous and were conscientious. He replied my concerns that I had about quantity of downspouts and their orientation. A few days after a leak on a corner was detected and to my surprise they came and fixed it promptly with no hesitation even though winter had started.

WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY...... WUHHH!!!!!

Ya I called for an estimate at the end of November. At that time I received a call back from an employee and was told that the owner Bob would be in contact with me in a couple of days to come give an estimate. I have since called a couple more times but we are at Christmas day now. And no call yet.... I have given up and someone else will get my money. I took the time to do this so that maybe you won't have to wait a month for Nothing!!!

Was told to expect a call back in a day or two. I'm currently on day seven. Just a minor repair so not high on prority list. A shame when you provided good service to me in the past. But that was for more $ so it makes sense now. For best service wait until late fall when they're hungry or you won't get service unless your job is of significant size. Will not deal here again.
