Potter's Appliance Repairs

Potters passed judgement on me after I had lost my father, husband, brother and mother, the latter two within 6 days of each other. I am also a disabled senior. These people gossiped about me, passed judgement on me, lied to me, and gossiped about me. Reconsider using these people to repair anything in your home. No compassion.

We had our dishwasher serviced last year and a control panel was replaced. It started doing the same thing 2 months later, I called in and was told they had to check warranty on the part, and would get back to me. Christmas came and went. I've received no call back, and with life, it slipped my mind until I went to use the dishwasher again. I called to check status and was told a wishy washy answer on how the warranty was expired now and sorry. So, I'm out $300 and have to buy a new dishwasher.

Jim was excellent. Outstanding service. Arrived promptly after I called the day before that our fridge/freezer not working. First thing in the morning in a COVID-19 situation. Mask, gloves, physical distancing. Thanks, thanks and more thanks!! Oh yes and the fridge/freezer are working fine.

I have never been so insulted and talked to so abruptly by some one I am trying to do business with and I will never do business again Hope you have a good hunting season.

Called yesterday ...

Called yesterday and they came the very next day, 9am to fix my washer that wasn't draining. Repair man was friendly and personable. Showed me what the problem was and explained how to prevent it from happening again. Explained what he did to fix the problem, didn't try to upsell me on parts. Tested the washer, found a small leak and fixed that as well all for the minimum service fee ($79.95 +tax). Would call again if we have any further appliance issues!
