What can I say, every member of the team was so helpful and patient.Calls were returned so promptly that it took my by surprise. My husband recently passed away and I needed to switch from electric heating to gas in my new home.To complicate things, gas had to be brought in from the main line to the house. All this during Covid. And I know not much about arranging all this stuff. Dawn, and Mary at Warkentin were so patient with my many calls without making me feel my questions were too basic.

Great company! They did an amazing job on my furnace/air, tankless and bathroom Reno. Very professional. Fair price. I highly recommend Warkentin for all your HVAC needs.

Our furnace stopped working on a Friday afternoon in January. We called, the technician came, the problem was fixed (he had a spare part in his truck) and by 4 pm our furnace was working!

Warkentin Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning has been our contractor of choice for our needs at our home for many years. We also volunteer for Kingsville Historical Park Museum, a non profit registered charity and Warkentin has been the contractor for the needs of the Museum. Just recently one of their HVAC technicians, Arthur Hill, offered his free labour to clean the Museum air conditioners and Warkentins would cover any minor parts. A gesture greatly appreciated by the volunteers.

The receptionist (Mary) was extremely helpful and got us out of a major jam with our plumbing issues - called on Friday and call out on Monday - thank you Mary!!! The gentlemen (Mark & Chad) were very polite, professional and informative. I will be filling my sinks with hot water and draining them monthly from now on.

Excellent service. They were prompt with their response to repair my furnace. Efficient and very reasonable.

BE WARNED! I had them come over to give a estimate for an A coil replacement in my central air. He was here for about an hour & left. Of the 4 estimates i received they were the highest. Then they send me a bill for the estimate of close to $200 (the other 3 estimates were free) also including a long distance travel charge because i am not in the Kingsville area ( I am in Harrow). And I was not told of the out of Kingsville area charge beforehand. Thought I'd give a local biz some work . LOL

Prompt, efficient service with very pleasant competent staff. We had no idea who to call to replace our gas hot water tank and selected Wakentin from the classified section in the Essex Free Press. We were really impressed by how quickly they responded to our call and got the job done. Staff was very professional and kept us informed regarding times. Thank you for coming to the rescue!! Warkentin's were able to come right away and stop my leaky kitchen tap from ruining my basement fireplace! This wonderful business replaced my furnace / AC, while keeping things very clean! I was very impressed with the quickness of both visits and the politeness from both the guys at the door and the ladies on the phone! Will be calling again if the need ever arises!

Great Customer Service

We recently completed a home renovation and Warkentin's put all new duct work in our home as well as a new furnace, new A/C and updated our plumbing. It was a massive job. Each of the workers that came to our home were polite and friendly and our toddler knew them each by name. The quality of their work was exceptional and I would recommend this company to anyone. They completed the work ahead of schedule and with very little mess or disruption to our home. Dawn and Jody were prompt with returning phone calls or emails whenever we contacted the office.

I have continued to deal with Warkentin's for all my plumbing, heating and cooling needs. As a single mom you need to find someone who is reliable and trustworthy. Very Organized and Dependable

Recently when we built our home, Warkentin plumbing did all of our plumbing and HVAC. Dawn helped me make the process of selecting fixtures...stress free! Work Quality and Efficiency

Recently we experienced a water leak at our home. 2 Warkentin employees were dispatched to investigate the leak. It was determined that the water leak was a leaking drainage pipe from the kitchen sink. I was very impressed with the time and care that the employees took in measuring to ensure that they located the pipe precisely.
