Laundry Concierge is a Canadian pioneer in the new age of dry cleaning and laundry services. Founder and operator Joseph Collins is a businessman with an interest in innovation, efficiency and sustainability. As a long-time patron of dry cleaning services in Toronto, he dreaded the burden of the whole process. “It was a ma and pa industry; hours were inconvenient and it wasn’t thought out in a modern way,” he explains. “I didn’t want getting my dry cleaning done to be a focal point of my life…I said, ‘this has got to be simpler.’”
So how do you juggle a 40-hour workweek while still ensuring you have enough time to get your best suit ready for that Thursday morning management meeting? Joseph set out to solve the problem for himself.
