Burdocks Dry Cleaners

Took in a comforter to be cleaned and freshened up, it cost $32 and they didn’t even iron it! When I asked why it was all creased I was advised they don’t iron comforters…. What happened to their press I wonder…. Very disappointed, their service is definitely not what it used to be! I won’t go back!

The owner of this location was very rude and disrespectful to me when I called and asked to speak to the owner of the corporation. She does not speak English well enough to understand another person and I could not understand her. What is up with some of the Burdocks franchisees that they cannot speak English? Your customer service is nothing like it used to be. The Asian franchisees complain if I pay with debit and say are not making enough money to pay the bank fees.
