Pizza is usually good from here, but I received a pizza with half the cheese slid off of it into the corner of the box what a mess! Called and the replacement pizza they offered me was disgusting, and didnt have any sauce on it. I was forced to toss a $35 dinner in the garbage! Never again will I order from this place.
Awesome pizza and service to match! Have been getting pizza here for the last month or so and I think I have found my spot long term. Good prices good food and give the home made hot sauce a try it's really good!
I called late for a luncheon and Rico's was incredibly accommodating! They went out of their way to ensure our food was here on time and when I called- with late notice- to change my order they were incredibly understanding and helpful. We will certainly be using them in the future!!! Thanks so much for implementing such great customer service!!!
