This shop has earned my respect for it’s honesty, for fairness, and above all, it’s automotive competence. And, customers deal directly with the owner, not a computer screen.

They are honest and very reasonably priced. I went in ready to pay $350 as I was quoted on the phone. After checking out my car, Brian informed me that I did not actually need the service I thought I did. (A different shop told me I did.) After having one bad experience after another with repair shops, including once being told I needed to replace a part my car did not even have, this was a very nice change. All other repair shops, take note. This is how you get repeat business.

i had been to other garages before I found Ron's Quality Auto, thoughts days are over. The staff are honest, trustworthy, experienced. Once again I had a fantastic experience at Ron's! He could have lied to me easily today and charged me a whole lot more for my repair but, as always, he chose to be honest and do a comparatively minor repair that cost me only $147 instead of several hundred dollars!! There were several things that could have been the problem with my car and I never would have known the difference, so I am so appreciative that he is a stand-up guy who takes pride in running an honest, reputable business!

Good Honest Mechanics

I'm the type of girl that could be very easily ripped off by a mechanic. The guys at Ron's have never tried to scare me into believing that I need to do a whole bunch of work on my car - even after I've handed over my fully bedazzled car keys. They have never offered to change the head light fluid in my car or do any other nonsensical maintenance that garages typically offer girls like me. The guys at Ron's Quality Auto Centre are great for squeezing my car in the same day that I make an appointment and they always treat me with respect. Ron's Quality Auto Centre are definitely mechanics that can trusted.

Definitely Worth 5 Stars!!

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Bryan at Ron's Quality Auto for a number of years. Every time he has done a fantastic job repairing or doing maintenance on them and his charges are always more than fair. On occasion, he has fixed minor items without charge when we expected to be given a bill. While not expected, that type of service is rare and greatly appreciated. Bryan always takes the time to explain things before or after doing work so you never feel like you are being rushed to get the job done or out the door when it's completed. Ron's Quality Auto is and accredited member of the BBB with an A+ rating and I can see why.
