You pay for what you get. But you have to make sure the stylist is clear about what you want. I came in for a bang trim and a blowout and she did a bang trim that was still too long, a general trim (which after convincing me, I agreed to) that had too much length taken off and then she said she was done (I came with my hair pre washed so it was still wet). I had to remind her to blow dry my hair and she "fluff dried" it. I won't be going back to that stylist at least.
