Excellent food, awesome selection and great service. I've been to Axia a few times and I still have trouble deciding what i want to get for the next time. The selection is simply amazing. They have Japanese, Chinese, Thai and Korean, so it works well since i love all 4 and it gives me the opportunity to mix an match. I ordered a tofu dish this time around on the special menu, and spent an extra 10 bucks on the Axia sushi roll, which is their specialty roll. I had ok service last time from the wait staff, but this time around the service was much better. I think they changed managers or something, because this guy came around to ask how the food was and he was very friendly. Will definitely come back to check out the rest of the menu

Amazing selection of asian food! They seem to have it all and some exciting dishes too. I get worried when I see really big menus because I wonder how it's possible to keep all the items fresh, but it was tasty. I went for dinner about a month ago with a friend and shared a few dishes. The vegetable tempura was very tasty and I really enjoyed the spider rolls. To be fair, I am not an expert on rolls and this was the firs time I tried these but I still think they were delicious. The service was good and the atmosphere was nice. I didn't really like the seating -- the seats were very low but the server was helpful and brought me some extra cushions. I would be happy to go here agian and try some of the other dishes on the menu.

I prefer the Axia Restaurant at Pacific Mall. The food was good but I was expecting it to be much better. I need to find a great Korean BBQ restaurant.

Great food, at a good price. We booked a party for seven people to celebrate a birthday and everyone walked away impressed. My wife is a finicky eater and usually has trouble finding menus she agrees with, my best friend has allergies to just about everything, his wife is a vegetarian and another couple who are very particular about where and what they eat. Axia was a first in that everyone was able to meet their needs and the menu offered diversity that allowed everyone to find that perfect meal. Being Japanese, I'm a harsh critic of some of the sushi places popping up these days. They seem to focus more on quantity and less on quality. What happened to the tradition? Axia had nicely presented sushi which was fresh and made by a real sushi chef. Refreshing. Pricing was good in this category. My wife opted for Thai. She ordered a Thai Red Chicken Curry and some spring rolls and said it made her a newfound fan of curry (which I can't remember her liking before). I sampled this, a nice smooth taste, very different from other Thai Currys I've had. The rest of the party had nothing but great things to say about their meals. This is quite rare with this group so it's a no brainer that we'll be back here for our next meeting. The restrooms were clean, the overall design had a distinct outdoor look and feel. Sort of like sitting outside somewhere on the continent of Asia. We were expecting the pricing to be much more expensive but was a fit for what I might describe as value dining considering they have tons of specials going on. Service was ok, nothing special but not bad. We really didn't expect immaculate service based on the menu pricing. Server forgot our water but was apologetic and sincere so no biggie. They had a nice selection of Sake! Also some nice beers from Japan and China that you don't come across. I grabbed a Kirin and we all shared a bottle of the Sho Chiku Bai bamboo filtered warmed sake (quite nice) which was on special. So as a harsh team of critics, I would say Axia passed the test and can be recommended as a unique place that you should definitely try at some point if you live nearby. Hopefully this review was of help to you. - Jason Okamoto

When i first enter the restaurant i waited 30 minute for a table for five. The funny thing was there were empty table ! not one but about four table available . The manager or owner there did not seem to know what he was doing! once we got our table we didn't get our menu until 15 min later. Then we order and it took 30 minute for it to come out! It was the worst experience i ever had in a restaurant. The service was bad and the food wasn't good at all , when it came out it was cold ! i went there twice and both time i had a bad experience.
