I have booked appointments with mississauga location twice. Very bad experience. After having confirmed appointments both time doctor did not showed up on time. For them One- hour wait or more is acceptable. Receptionist never gives exact timings. I had serious medical condition. So I showed up before time, still I had to wait for one hour after requesting 5 times to see the doctor. There is only one Doctor and they are booking too many patients. Everything about this clinic made me not want to come back for round two. The staff, the parking, the disorganization, the wait time, just ridiculous.
