My son ordered the rib dinner and I ordered the festive chicken dinner. The ribs were dry, leathery and impossible to cut, let alone eat. I received a regular chicken dinner that was undercooked. The server never came back after bringing the food, so I asked for the bill. I will not go back to this location.
Have ordered Swiss Chalet a ton of times and recently moved under the jurisdiction of this location. The food showed up with all three sides missing and the extra sauces we ordered for the chicken. We called immediately to ask for them to bring it, waited over 40 minutes and then called back to say we no longer wanted it. The best they could do after speaking to the location's manager was a $5 credit towards our next order. The customer service rep on the phone had to wait about 20 minutes to get ahold of the manager on the phone and admitted herself that it was a poor location. Take your business to a different location.
