Dr Lal and his team are exceptional! Very professional and accurate in diagnostic care. I have been using there clinic for many years for back pain, and therapy after knee surgery. They have treated me with laser, physio, message and “cupping”. All with great success. I highly recommend.

Trelawny Health Centre physiotherapy/chiropractic

I had an ACL receonstruction done and for situations like mine, surgery is just 20% towards recovery, the rest depends on Physiotherapy. Obviously this is a very critical stage of your treatment and therefore you deserve the best treatment, something you will not get a Total Body Health Centre or Trelawny Health Centre which they now call themselves. I registered there for treatment within the first 4 days after my surgery and got started right away. They treated me with "laser" and asked me to attempt certain exercises I was instructed to do by my surgeon. But they handled this extremely poorly as the laser therapy is very ineffective and I was not assisted with the exercises which is almost impossible to perform on your own.. As a result they set me back and wasted a very crucial first week of my recovery. I do not recommend them in the slightest as they are in it for the fees, which if I may so are quite high. I do not want anyone else to make the same mistake and end up in my position so I highly recommend you do your research, ask your surgeon to describe the ideal treatment you should be receiving from your physiotherapist so that you will be well informed as well as have no rude surprises.
