White Oaks Tree Service Review (True)
Greetings, First impressions are everything as we all know in the business. Reaching White Oaks Tree Service to even make that first impression was hard! We called and called, left several messages without response. It was not until three days after that we received a call from a rather half awake sounding man named Darren. He seemed nice enough even with his poor excuses for not returning our calls. None the less we set a time for him to look at our tree and give a quote. The time came and went that Darren was going to give the quote. There was no phone call or anything until two hours latter when he called and said he was going to have to reset the time and date for our quote. Finally he arrives to give the quote, late again! His price was high average compared to other services reviewed to date, but we agreed to have it cut down. Yet again when the date arrived to have the tree removed Darren again did not show up or call. We called him and after a few calls had him tell us that it was weather related. Yet at our location it was sunny and no wind. Finally the full White Oaks Tree Service employees arrive to start our job! The employees were headed buy a great climber named Kurt. He was well versed in his trade and his groundsman was great too, yet we missed his name. He was ex military none the less. They did a good job and told me that the problems we had getting a hold of Darren were not that unusual. They also acknowledged that it was Darren's employees not Darren that was the reason for the companies sucsess. The two employees were not returning to work there in 2010 and were opening there own tree service. If they are out here please get in touch so we might review your service! In closing this was far from our best review but honest and true. We could post pics of the crew and job they did if needed.
