Over Priced with no itemized breakdown of costs I’m 85 and my wife is in a wheelchair due a broken leg. We needed to get our shower fixed ASAP. I’m very disappointed with the information provided on the costs of the services. MOE3801 Moen 3801 Chrome Metal Diverter Spout $339.48 My son found out that the Moen MRSP for the spout was $59.85 and Home Depot sold it for $37.95. The technician was there for less than an hour. It looks like they charged the equivalent of $300 per hour.
