3 hours for a tire change without an apology is unacceptable!

I lost my credit card at Costco today and realized it when I went to pay. I was in a panic. Dawson was sooo kind and compassionate. He went to search the store and try to locate my credit card and found it. What a relief! Thank you so much Dawson!!!!

Staff is friendly, helpful and appear to be very helpful/supportive of each other...great team spirit! I have been a member since it opened. My adult kids call me the Costco Fairy. LOL

ordered a shed from them. showed up late and I had to unload the shed from the truck for over an hour by myself. Costco wouldn't even reimburse my costs. won't be renewing my membership
