NOT RECOMMENDED DUE TO......

The owner (Serg) came to our house and seemed knowledgeable. He gave my wife and I fantastic ideas but on the day he was going to show up he sent me a text message saying that he would not be able to show up. My wife lost a day of work and wages waiting for this individual that calls himself a contractor. I now see this is a trend. I would not recommend this unprofessional person to anyone as we were left scrambling to finish our project.

Found out that you aren't able to review no show jobs on HomeStars otherwise we'd add a review on there as well. Beware of companies such as Neto Ceramics who agree to a job and no show, fail to return calls or emails and drop off the face of the earth. Not sure why we were dropped for such a small job but the company agreed to perform the work, pics and details were sent over and the day came and went without any notification from them. We called numerous times on the day of install and left one voicemail. A last ditch effort email was sent to see if they still wanted our business since everyone is human and they might have forgotten about us but no response. It cost us a day off work and daycare for our boys so they wouldn't be in the way of the contractor. So disappointed since they have good reviews elsewhere. The only plus, they didn't request a deposit so we are only out-of pocket time, daycare costs and wage for the day. Really a shame since they seemed knowledgeable.
