I needed minor body fix on a tailgate. Funny, but when dropping it there was a gentleman with some complaints. Should have run run run, but... Got it today - cracked plastic panel, and lousy paint. The owner was very friendly, denying everything and threatening to hold the auto. Thanks for fun-tastic job and service!

Having read the above review, I thought I would get a quote on some rust spots. As I went to open the front door, a fellow was coming out, cigarette & lighter in hand. I showed him my problem, at which point he explained they were very Busy, what with a lot of "Dealer" work. Although I said there was NOT a rush, He basically said ... Can't do it !! I honestly think he was more concerned about having that Smoke, than serving me !! NEVER have I seen a Company refuse Business !! GOOD LUCK !

Excellent work and customer service

I took my daughter's car to Maaco in Newmarket to have her door repainted as there were some rust spots. She had taken her car in quite sometime ago to obtain an estimate but it was several months later that we finally got around to having the work done. They honored the estimate and did a really nice job on the door. Furthermore, they were so pleasant and did a complete detailing of the inside of her car which was unexpected but really needed. Thank you for a great job on my daughter's car and for providing superior customer service. I will definitely recommend Maaco Newmarket to my friends and family!
