Morrison Walk-In Medical Clinic

This place is a complete joke. I just walked an hour to get there, waited an hour in the waiting room only for the doctor to completely ignore my concern and treat me for something that I came in for 2 months ago! I came back very visibly upset as I felt like I wasnt being listened to. However, this time the doctor didnt even bother showing up to my room after another 30 minute wait. Im so upset and am still in horrible pain. Now I have to wait in the emergency room after all of that.

generally bad, receptionist refuses to answer phone regardless of anything and is consistently rude. very few doctors are good and willing to genuinely help.

fri aug.4,17 went to clinic @2.p.m. and was told Dr. had family emergency.Surprise,its the holiday weekend. Returned on tuesday aug 8,17. Dr. didn't know who he was talking to as he gave me a medical sheet with my instructions on someone else's sheet.I had to return from x-ray dept. and get the proper medical sheet.I waited 3 days for a result of the x-ray and still no answer. The doctors at this clinic are really great but the receptionist is terrible! I once thought I had caught her on a bad day but she is consistently rude to me whenever I've been there over the past 3 years. She seems to have no ambition to help you on the phone or in person.

Have been frequenting this clinic since I was little, and have quickly discovered that service dive bombs once you reach adulthood. The receptionists are always miserable, exude an attitude that shows they couldn't care any less. The actual medical service is subpar, doctors vary from being very helpful to again, not caring any less. Lab results are a genuine gamble if they even get tested. When confronted about this fact, the aforementioned receptionists will argue and even lie.
