manager Adnan treats customers bad
I buy 3 kids meals, 2 boy and 1 girl, lady makes mistake gives me boy instead girl I come back get 1 more for 4 child because I just picked him up. Pay over $30. I tell him what happen and that he helped lady at the window, when lady messed up order, charged me extra salad, mistakes happen I am OK with that, 1 h ago,he takes my recite and tells me if I do not move right away he will call police on me and takes my lic. plate no.I go inside and ask for my recite back and he does not want to give to me say no, I ask people around me and they say give it back.He tells me complain to head office if you not happy, I tell him if he wants me to I will, I ask for no. he does not want to give to me, finally he did gave me recite with no. on it . Did not wanted to give name but he did. Never said sorry we made mistake, he wanted to call police and not give a toy. And they made mistake I told them at window twice about 1 girl and two boy toys, because I know what will happen. Poor people skills, does not know how to treat customer, does not know how to handle situation or to compromise, just bad over all!!!!!!!!!!!!
