I have been using this service for the last 10 years. I promote it to a lot of people. Tonight I received the most atrocious customer service I have ever received along with a 2 hour wait after being quoted 45 mins. I did not appreciate the rude attitude when I called to book the service in the first place, and I sure did not appreciate literally being screamed and cursed at when calling to discuss the 2 hour wait. I will NEVER use this service again. Not recommended.

Called this company and was told they were 40 min out. Had to call back an hour later and was told they were picking up another customer and had to wait another 30 min. After 2 hrs of waiting, got fed up and called a regular cab. They never bothered to even call back. Not the first time this has happened but I thought I’d give them another chance. Would never recommend this company again and have deleted their number from my contacts. Don’t waste your time.

May have to wait but thats because the drivers are driveing responsibly.

Used to be good. I recommended to many people. the last few times I've called waited over an hour and a half. I will be trying someone else next time.
