Costco Wholesale General Store

I am giving it a two star rating because there was very rude and impatient lady working at this store. She prevented me and other customers form entering because she wanted us to wait outside. We could have all was no line and it was freezing really bad. The customers kept telling her that there's no line and that we will wait, she rudely addressed us and said we must wait. Her name was Hanna and she works at the Ritson Costco. Very unprofessional.

We usually visit once or twice a month and were so pleased with Covid precautions in place, sanitation of carts, limits on number of people (even if it meant waiting in line), floor markings etc. We went Tuesday night June 30th and were very disappointed to find most of the safety processes were gone. The store was packed with only about 70% of people wearing masks, and not possible to social distance due to sheer numbers. We got necessities and got out!!! Wont be going back for a long time.

Great place to shop. However the tire centre never answers the phone. Managment says they are too busy. And even when you leave your return phone number you dont get a return call back. This is the second time its happened to me. So trying to make an appoinment is virtually impossible unless I make the 45 minute drive just to make an appointment. Not happy about that.

Costco Oshawa - Tire Centre. I purchased 4 tires on Nov.2/17 after waiting in line for 40 minutes, only to be told that they couldn't install them until Dec.11/17 and I would have to take the tires with me and store them!They don't answer their phone-lack of staff.Yesterday-Jan.4/18 I got a nail in my tire - can't get it repaired until Jan.7/18!What good is Road Hazzard if you can't get an appt. for 3 days!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE (no fault of the current staff though). HIRE MORE STAFF!!!!

I lost my Costco card. When I called about replacing it and then went in to do it the two employees were friendly, helpful and a joy to deal with. And they were very busy too. Great ambassadors for Costco. Thank you.
