    I showed up ten minutes early for my ultrasound. With a full bladder, everyone knows how painful it can be. After sitting there for 45 minutes, I’m told that the ultrasound tech had to leave and that the other one is fully booked and will TRY to fit me in IF he can but they aren’t sure when and it may not happen. Worst part was I saw the guy leave twenty minutes prior and no one told me. I understand that things happen, I’ve worked in doctors offices, but the second he left I should’ve been told

    My GP's office scheduled me for an ultrasound in January (2018). I arrived a little early and the receptionist quickly looked after the paperwork. I was called into the lab within 2 minutes of my appointment time were I was examined competently and courteously.

    CMA Imaging - inconsiderate ultrasound people

    I came for my ultrasound appointment on time. After waiting in vain for about 40 minutes I asked the receptionist about the delay. After asking the second time, she told me that the ultrasound technician decided NOT to take me in that day because I was triple booked (!!!). I asked why was I triple booked and why did no-one tell me this when I arrived. She did not know. The technician did not even have the decency to come and talk to me. I consider this very ruse and inconsiderate. Never again.

    I made an appoint...

    I made an appointment... They called to reschedule ... When I arrived at the rescheduled date/time... They had no record of my appointment... Wasted my time and money
