Dr R Y Abunassar

Dr.R Y Abunassar was delightful. He was friendly and put me at ease. Having said that, I must say that I found his staff to be the opposite. They never smiled and seemed unfriendly. I found it distressing that when the appointment was booked, they did not tell me that it was for a consultation. I was under the impression that I was having a procedure done at that appointment. And lastly, it took an hour to see the doctor for 5 minutes, costing me $11.25 for 1 hr & 2 mins. of parking.
