Overall, an excellent experience. All of the staff, not only the physiotherapists, are extremely professional and courteous. They really take the time to listen to the patients concerns, treat accordingly, and if necessary re-adjust as the patient progresses in their treatment. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a highly professional, results-oriented and caring environment.

Friendly staff and lots of times for you to book an appointment. However, I got the wrong diagnosis from them. They said I had a tennis elbow. Went to another physiotherapist who figured out that it was my neck causing problems. They also kept pressuring me to buy a brace and I did cave, unfortunately. The brace only worsened my situation. In my opinion, I felt like they really wanted me to keep going to see them, just so they could grab more money from me.

This is the best Physio place I have ever been to (I am 81). Not only do the Physiotherapists and the other staff do an excellent job but they match the processes used to your needs in a very professional way so that you will improve and not get any worse. The staff are very friendly to clients (patients), friendly to each other and make clients comfortable with each other. They are very competent in what they do regardless of which process is needed to help the clients.

The staff at Capital Sport provide outstanding service. They are always accommodating to clients schedules and needs. The therapists and assistants are accomplished, well trained and efficient and their expert services are delivered with a smile and a great sense of humour. Despite the fact that you are there because you are in pain, the staff make it a fun place to be while they relieve your distress.
