Pure Hair Design

I have been going to Pure Hair for almost 9 years. Most of that time has been with Erika. I love the way she does my bangs. I like the atmosphere and it is affordable. It is centrally located. I am usually able to get an appt. within a reasonable amout of time. I have never had a negative experience.

Never going back!...

Never going back! I have hair extensions so I need to have a gentler hand while working on my hair. I explained this when I went in to get my hair blended, but did that stop the girl from pulling on my hair like she was playing tug O war. Because of th lack of care and attention I now have a migraine. So thank you Pur hair salon, I'll make sure to take my business else where.

Worst haircut eve...

Worst haircut ever, don't see Shannon or the blonde girl with the fake nails, she will butcher your hair. She cut my bangs so short it looked like my 2 yr old cut them in my sleep, and my layers were uneven. When I complained to the owner (the wife) I didn't even get an apology, no compensation, nothing. I had to ask if someone could try and fix my hair, so she sent me to Shannon who was rude and said things that were uncalled for. Will never go back, worst customer service ever. Poor Rating!!

5star salon

Pure hair design is a fabulous salon, the receptionist is always very friendly, Shannon, one of their many hairstylist is my favourite and I would recommend her to anyone I know! She does exactly what you want each time which is PERFECT! The salon is also great decor wise. It's a very upscale looking place with great prices. Men's cuts are $20 plus tax.
