Crown Pita

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ordered a pita with fries and asked if I could get extra lettuce. The man just gave me a rude look and never answered. When I got my fries, I went to grab ketchup packets and he also YELLED at me saying why am I grabbing so much ketchup for one fries. Telling me I dont need so much ketchup (it was 4 packs) then continued to yell at me while I tried to explain i like ketchup with my fries.. Had to leave because he wouldnt stop yelling. Worst experience ever.

Went with my friend to Crown Pita in Pickering for lunch. My friend has a service dog. On entering, staff, with elevated voices, told us that dogs weren’t allowed. When we tried explaining that the dog was a service dog, they raised their voices further and told us that we couldn’t be there with the dog. Feeling very uncomfortable, we left. Misunderstandings happen, but the staff there centred out my friend and made it clear that they had do desire to dialogue about the situation.
